Starting Out

 If you are a new blogger, then you would start your blog out like this:

 Mine looks different because I use Blogger In Draft and most Bloggers use the regular Blogger.

 First, type the title of your blog, then the Web Address, or URL. Make sure it isn't taken!

Then click on the template of your blog. Each one looks a little different.

Next, you should design the template of your blog. That is the main design of the blog, with all the little designs of the text and more of your blog.

 On the template designer, there is the Background, Adjusting the Widths, Layout, and the Advanced part (text color, font, etc.)

 If you want to change the background, click background.

It should look like this:

 You can upload a picture of your own, too by going up to Upload Image and uploading.

After uploading a picture, adjust the width of your blog. But first, go to Layout.

Here click the way you want your blog to look. Mine has 2 sides, one on the right and left, and the posts in the center. (The footer doesn't really matter a whole lot, but click the one you want if you want.)

 THEN you can adjust the widths.

You will see a preview of the blog below that stuff to see how big it will be.

After you're finished with that, then click advanced. 

Here, click the main part of the blog to fix, then click the font you like (itself is a preview), then the color. Now it's spiced up a lil' bit.

There! Now your all set, and ready to blog.
