"My blog is not online". Make sure that you go to Settings>Publishing to make sure your URL (web address) is correct.
"You've had just 12 views in a whole 2 weeks. What's wrong?" Maybe people don't like your design, because it may be too plain. Make sure you are staying on topic with your blog, and add it to Google!
